Do not be disappointed, do not despair, do not see us as
opportunists !
We have been serving bacon and eggs for 12 years to 32 000 guests
and in a business where the average B & B has lasted no more than
4.5 years in SA we have decided to develop this wonderful,
sensitive, passionate and heavenly site.
We have had plans drawn up for semi basement parking, a first floor
housing 3 super luxury apartments, a second floor housing 3 super
luxury apartments and we intend to remain in Victoria Bay and live
on the top floor.
See attached plans, designed by local Architect Brian Stokes who
over the years has played a significant part in formulating
environmental friendly designs for the local authority here in
Vic.Bay.
The single biggest factor that has arisen out of the new venture is
the removal of 1500 guest cars from the Lands End Road to the point
and the reduction of the 3000 guests we have experienced each year
walking or passing down the road – a huge load taken off the road
and services and welcomed by the local authority and residents
alike.
